Q. How do I exchange an item?
A. We'll be happy to accept a return or exchange an item within 14 days of your receipt of a purchased item as long as it is unwashed, unworn and still has the original tags on it. Please email customer serivce@victorialaurin.comfor a return authorization number. We will not accept returns with out a return authorization number and items that have been worn.

Q. I bought a Victoria Laurin & Baby product from a store and want to exchange it. Do I go back to the store or send it to you?
A. If you bought a Victoria Laurin & Baby product from a store or another Website and wish to exchange or return the item, please return it to the place from which it was purchased. If it was purchased from our site directly, you can email customerservice@victorialaurin.com to request a return authorization number.
Q. How do I determine my size?
A. The Under Wraps Nursing Poncho is a one size fits most. Depending on the mothers body structure, it can be worn off the shoulders or rest on top of the shoulders.
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. YES we do!
Q. I entered my discount code for free shipping and it doesn't seem to work. What should I do?
A. When you enter your discount code, be sure to enter it in the "Discount Code" box. Also, check to see that the discount code is still valid. If the code is still valid, please proceed to the last page of the ordering process and the discount will take affect. NOTE: you can find discount codes in various magazines that advertise Victoria Laurin & Baby products. We are unable to send you a discount code through our site or customer service.
